I build systems that bring people together.
Sometimes that looks like helping a founder untangle operations before they scale. Sometimes it’s designing communities where strangers become collaborators. Sometimes it’s building software that helps people remember the conversations that matter. Sometimes it's helping someone redesign their wardrobe.
The medium changes. The mission doesn’t.
I’m a strategist, operator, and community builder with a career that has wandered through healthcare, startups, consulting, technology, design, and data. Along the way I’ve been everything from a clinical informaticist to a fractional COO, researcher, creative director, writer, project manager, and event producer. I collect disciplines the way some people collect passport stamps, because the best ideas usually live between categories and between people.
Today I lead In Good Company Co., where I help organizations build stronger systems, healthier teams, and communities people actually want to be part of. I’m also the creator of Apresa and Vivenza: relationship intelligence platforms born from this simple observation: we spend so much time meeting interesting people, yet we rarely have good tools for remembering the context that makes those relationships meaningful.
You can usually find me somewhere in Chicago’s startup ecosystem hosting conversations, mentoring founders, organizing events, judging hackathons, or introducing two people who really ought to know each other. I believe that remarkable things happen when thoughtful people collide, and I enjoy creating the conditions for those collisions.
Outside of work, I’m equally happy behind a pair of turntables, in a community garden, painting watercolor, on a bike, experimenting in the kitchen, tending to my ever-growing collection of plants, or disappearing down a rabbit hole about some new topic that has captured my curiosity.
